The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 204 Ruger (.204) is designed for handloaders working one of the flattest-shooting centrefire varmint cartridges available. The full-length sizing die restores fired brass to SAAMI minimum dimensions and carries Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which provides exceptionally smooth neck sizing with significantly less friction than a ball expander, while internal threading keeps the expander secure and eliminates the need for a separate expander die when changing calibre. Paired with a Zip Spindle that locks positively and allows both fine threaded adjustments and rapid coarse movement, the sizing die handles case after case without sticking thanks to its precision-polished internal bore. The in-line bullet seating die brings bullet, case neck and seating stem into perfect co-axial alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, giving the handloader consistent seating depth that translates directly into tighter groups. Built-in roll crimping removes the need for a dedicated crimp die. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp the full die body without touching the threads, and wrench flats make swap-out straightforward.
