The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 22/250 Remington (.224) is a precision reloading die set designed for handloaders who demand consistency and accuracy from every round they produce. The set comprises two dies: a full-length sizing die that returns brass to SAAMI minimum dimensions using Hornady's Elliptical Expander — a design that sizes the neck with significantly less friction and case-neck stretch than conventional ball expanders — and an in-line bullet seating die with a built-in crimper, removing the need for a separate crimp die. The sizing die features the Zip Spindle for fast, positive adjustments and a hardened steel headed decap pin. The seating die's floating alignment sleeve keeps the bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment before the bullet enters the neck, giving consistent seating depth shot after shot. Both dies are fitted with Sure-Loc lock rings that clamp around the die body without contacting the threads. Supplied in a stackable die storage box. 7/8"-14 thread — fits any press accepting standard dies. Does not include a shell holder. Made in USA with a lifetime warranty.
