The full-length sizing die reforms fired cases back to SAAMI minimum dimensions using Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which reduces neck friction and case stretch significantly compared with ball expanders; internal threading prevents the expander from pulling free during decapping. The Zip Spindle provides a positive lock against slippage and allows fine incremental adjustment via light thread engagement or rapid gross movement for initial setup. The in-line bullet seating die keeps bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect coaxial alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet contacts the neck, delivering consistent seating depth that the Weatherby Magnum's performance potential demands. A built-in roll crimper saves a press station without compromising the finished round.
