The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set in 338 Lapua Magnum (.338) is built for hand-loaders working with one of long-range shooting's most capable cartridges, widely used in deer stalking and precision rifle competition. The Full-Length Size Die sizes brass to SAAMI minimum specifications with Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which outperforms conventional ball expanders by smoothly sizing the neck, cutting friction and limiting case neck stretch — no separate expander die is required. The Zip Spindle locks firmly to prevent movement under load, yet allows rapid repositioning or fine incremental setting changes. The In-line Bullet Seating Die holds bullet, case neck and seating stem in precise alignment inside a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, promoting consistent seating depth across each loading session. A built-in roll crimp saves a station on the press. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp the entire die body and release cleanly using the die's own wrench flats. The set comes in a stackable die storage box and threads onto any standard 7/8"-14 press. Shell holder sold separately. Made in the USA; no-risk lifetime warranty.
