The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length Size Die for 30-06 Springfield is a single reloading die that returns fired brass to SAAMI minimum specification, readying it for repriming, charging and bullet seating. Precision machined and polished to an exceptionally fine internal finish, the die body resizes the full case length without sticking or excessive friction. The Elliptical Expander — a Hornady exclusive — sizes the neck smoothly and reduces case neck stretch compared with conventional ball expanders; internal threading locks it firmly in place and removes the need for a separate neck-up expander die. The Zip Spindle positively locks the decapping assembly to prevent slippage, with light threads allowing fine incremental adjustment or rapid repositioning. The die is supplied with a Hornady Sure-Loc lock ring, which clamps uniformly around the entire die body so the locking screw never contacts the threads; wrench flats make removal and reinstallation straightforward. Standard 7/8"-14 thread fits all major reloading presses. Made in the USA and backed by Hornady's no-risk lifetime warranty.
