The 300 Blackout (300 AAC Blackout) is notable for its wide range of bullet weights — from fast 110–125 gr supersonic loads to heavy 200–220 gr subsonic loads — and consistent, accurate bullet seating depth is equally important across that entire range. Hornady's In-line Bullet Seating System addresses this directly: a floating alignment sleeve holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in co-axial alignment before the bullet enters the case mouth, preventing tilt and delivering uniform seating depth from case to case whether you are loading supersonics or subsonics. The built-in roll crimper handles crimping in the same stroke without a separate die, and the Sure-Loc lock ring grips the die body rather than the threads to keep your settings securely in place between loading sessions. A retainer ring at the base allows the die to be stripped down for cleaning in seconds.
