The JSB Match Diabolo Middle Weight is a dedicated 10-metre target pellet in .177 calibre (4.51mm), designed from the ground up for ISSF competition shooting. Weighing exactly 8.02 grains, it sits in the middle of JSB's Match range and is built for shooters who cannot afford pellet-to-pellet weight deviation to cost them points on the card. Every pellet in the tin is hand-sorted under magnification at JSB's Czech Republic factory — a quality-control process the brand has refined since 1991 — to ensure consistent skirt form and precise weight conformity. The flat wadcutter head is the defining feature: rather than a rounded nose that deflects paper fibres, the hard-edged profile punches a clean, scoreable hole in paper targets at the 10-metre distance used in Olympic-format air rifle and air pistol events. With a length of 5.00mm and a skirt diameter of 4.85mm, the pellet seats reliably in most quality target air rifles and pistols. Each tin contains 500 pellets.
