The Lee Collet Neck Sizing Die for .22-250 Remington (SKU 90955) is a single sizing die designed for the hand-loader who wants maximum accuracy and extended brass life from cases fired through their own rifle. Rather than working the full case body, the steel collet squeezes the neck against a precision-ground mandrel, forming a perfectly aligned neck with minimal run-out. Because the body of the case is left undisturbed, the brass work-hardens far more slowly than it would with full-length sizing — neck-sized cases typically last significantly longer between annealing or retirement. No case lubrication is needed, which removes a step from the loading process and eliminates the risk of hydraulic dents. Suitable for .22-250 Remington and .22-250 Ackley Improved chambers. This is a neck-only die; for best results use with cases that have been fired exclusively in your own rifle. Fits any standard 7/8"-14 threaded reloading press. Undersized flash-hole decapping mandrel and .002" undersize mandrel are available separately from Lee.
