The Lee Precision Collet Neck Sizing Die for .25-06 Remington is a single sizing die designed for the precision reloader who wants to get the most from their fire-formed cases. Rather than working the entire case, the die uses a steel collet to squeeze the case neck against a precision-formed mandrel, producing a correctly aligned neck with minimal run-out — a real advantage for stalkers and target shooters wringing the last fraction of accuracy from the .25-06. Because only the neck is sized, the body retains its fire-formed fit to the chamber, which greatly extends brass life; neck-sized cases can outlast full-length sized ones by a significant margin. No case lubricant is required, which removes a step from the bench routine and keeps cases clean. The standard 7/8"-14 thread fits any press with that thread pattern. Sold as a single die with a custom-fit plastic storage container. Note: neck sizing is intended for cases fired in the same bolt-action rifle; not suitable for semi-automatic or lever-action firearms.
