The Lee Precision .30-06 Springfield Seating Die is a single, purpose-built die for setting bullet depth in .30-06 Springfield cases. It uses Lee's dead-length sleeve system, which controls seating depth via an adjustable screw rather than a roll crimp, giving the reloader precise, repeatable results without disturbing the case mouth. The die threads in on the standard 7/8"-14 thread found on virtually all single-stage, turret and progressive presses, so it drops straight into an existing press with no adapters. Because it applies no crimp, it pairs naturally with a Lee Factory Crimp Die if a crimp is needed for semi-automatic or lever-action feeding. Sold as the die only, it suits reloaders who already own a full die set and simply need a replacement seater, or who are building a custom die station. Compatible with the full range of .30-06 Springfield projectiles from 110 to 220 grains. Built to Lee Precision's standard dimensions and warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship.
