The Puma Safety Borneo Mid is a heavy-duty S3 safety boot from Puma Safety's Scuff Caps EVO range, built for construction, mechanical engineering and general trade work where feet take a daily battering. A smooth full-grain leather upper with a suede leather collar and tongue keeps the boot easy to clean and comfortable through a long shift, while a fibreglass toecap and steel midsole give impact and penetration protection without sacrificing flexibility. The BreathActive lining manages moisture and the Evercomfort footbed cushions every step, and Puma's EVER.FLEX decoupling point in the heel helps the foot find natural, individually adapted contact with the ground on every stride. The PU/rubber Scuff Caps outsole is heat-resistant to 300°C, self-cleaning on rough or muddy ground and rated SRC for slip resistance on wet, oily or icy surfaces, with cold- and heat-insulating properties and antistatic protection built in.
