Nosler's RDF (Reduced Drag Factor) bullets are match-grade components for handloaders chasing the flattest trajectory and least wind drift at long range. This .30 calibre (.308" diameter) projectile weighs 210 grains and uses a hollow point boat tail form, built around Nosler's optimised compound ogive and long, drag-reducing boat tail for a high ballistic coefficient. The result is a sleek, slippery bullet that holds velocity and resists drift better than most match designs. RDF bullets carry the smallest, most consistent meplats of any hollow point match line, so there's no need to point or trim the tips before loading. Nosler quotes a G1 BC of 0.707 and a G7 BC of 0.348, with a sectional density of 0.316 and an overall length of 1.516". The heavy 210gr weight suits fast-twist .30 calibre target rifles, and pairs naturally with the .308 Winchester, .300 Win Mag and other .30 magnums for precision and long-range work.
