Remington Premier AccuTip-V in .204 Ruger is a dedicated varmint and small-predator load built for flat shooting and explosive terminal effect at distance. Each 40gr AccuTip-V projectile carries a gold polymer tip over a thin copper jacket and lead core; on impact the tip is driven rearward, fragmenting the bullet violently for rapid, decisive kills on foxes, rabbits and other small quarry. The boat-tail base sharpens the ballistic profile, helping the round hold velocity and resist wind drift across the long shots that .204 Ruger rifles are built for. The .204 Ruger is one of the fastest factory centrefire cartridges, and the light 40gr bullet leaves the muzzle at a high velocity for a notably flat trajectory that simplifies holdover on distant targets.
