The Thatchreed Shotgun Slip in green is a padded fabric gun cover built to protect a shotgun in the vehicle, in the gun room and on the walk to and from your peg or pigeon hide. The 1" internal padding cushions the stock and barrels against knocks and damp, while the full-length zip lets you slide the gun in and out without a fight. An integral cartridge pouch on the front, measuring 25cm by 15cm, keeps a box or two of cartridges to hand, and the slip is cut to leave space for a fitted sight so you needn't strip it down before travelling. A shoulder strap, adjustable from 60cm to 81cm, plus a carry handle give you a choice of carry, whether slung across the back over rough ground or grabbed by hand from the boot. The slip measures 22cm high by 137cm long, taking a standard-length shotgun, and is finished with a leather Thatchreed logo. A straightforward, hard-wearing cover for game and clay shooters who want sensible protection at a fair price.
