The Stalon X108 is a Swedish-made rifle sound moderator designed for full-bore centrefire calibres up to .30, supplied here in 1/2 UNF thread form and sold non-proofed — meaning it has not been submitted to a UK proof house for stamping. Stalon's X108 is compatible with a wide range of popular stalking and target calibres including 6.5x55, 6.5 Creedmoor, .270, .308 Winchester and .30-06 Springfield, making it a practical choice for deer stalkers and woodland shooters who use more than one rifle. Moderators must be listed as a specific entry on the holder's Firearms Certificate before acquisition or possession — check your certificate carefully and consult your RFD if in any doubt. Because this unit is supplied without UK proof-house marking, some certificate conditions may require proofing before use; confirm the position with your force firearms licensing department before ordering.
