The Sportsmatch HTO73 is a two-piece, high-profile scope mount built for 30mm body tube scopes on rifles with a 15mm dovetail, principally the Tikka T3 and T3x, plus Tikka M55, M65, M590, M595 and M695 actions. It also fits early Brno Model 1 and Model 2 .22 rifles, though Sportsmatch advises checking rear sight clearance on these before fitting. The high mount gives enough elevation for scopes with an objective lens up to 56mm on most rifles, keeping the front bell clear of the barrel while maintaining a solid cheek weld. Each mount is machined in Great Britain from aircraft-specification high-tensile material and includes a removable arrestor pin to lock the rear ring against recoil on Tikka actions. The two-piece design lets you space the rings to suit your scope's tube length and set eye relief precisely.
