Nosler Match Grade Ammunition in 308 Winchester is loaded with the firm's own Custom Competition bullet on Nosler Custom Brass, aiming for accuracy that rivals a careful handload straight out of the box. Each powder charge is weight-sorted rather than volume-dispensed, and the brass itself carries a Nosler head-stamp with a chamfered, deburred case mouth, a deburred flash hole, and consistent trimmed length and neck wall thickness. The 168-grain Jacketed Hollow Point Boat Tail bullet leaves the muzzle at 2750 feet per second for 2821 foot-pounds of energy, with a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.462 and sectional density of 0.253 — figures that translate into a flat trajectory and strong downrange performance well into the supersonic range. Highly concentric jackets and precise lead-alloy cores keep group sizes tight, and every round is hand-inspected before it leaves the factory.
