The Bisley RRT Dummy Launcher is a hand-held training aid for gundog retrieve and steadiness work, fired using .22 launcher blanks. Powering a training dummy out to two or three times the distance of a hand thrown dummy, it lets you set up longer and more varied marks on land or in water, and the report of the launcher doubles as a shot signal, so there is no need for a separate blank pistol. The head is cast aluminium and the barrel is machined from aluminium stock, with a self-closing thumb latch for quick one-handed loading and an internal cartridge extractor to clear spent blanks. Supplied complete with a red plastic launcher dummy, sized to load directly into the launcher barrel, in a colour that is easy to spot on grass or water during training sessions. A straightforward, durable piece of kit for trainers and gundog owners building retrieving distance, marking and steadiness into a dog's training programme.
