Sierra's MatchKing .277 115 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail is a precision component bullet for handloaders working with .270-family cartridges, from 6.8mm SPC through to .270 Winchester and beyond. Each bullet is drawn with a very thin, exceptionally uniform jacket and held to tight concentricity tolerances, so the small hollow point meplat and boat tail profile combine to give a high, consistent ballistic coefficient shot after shot. That consistency is why Sierra MatchKings have won more target competitions than the bullets of any other manufacturer, and why they remain a first choice among UK long-range and target shooters loading their own ammunition. This is a bullet only, supplied 100 to the box, and is not loaded ammunition. It is intended for target and precision shooting rather than hunting use. Handloaders should always work up loads carefully and cross-check data against a current reloading manual for their specific rifle and cartridge.
