The Bush is a BushWear-designed one-man chair hide built for hunters and shooters who want comfortable, rapid concealment without the faff of traditional pole-and-netting hides. A comfortable folding armchair sits at the centre, topped by a sprung steel-framed fabric canopy that pops fully open in seconds. The canopy fabric is lined with a blackout membrane that prevents back-lighting from betraying movement inside and makes the hide highly weather-resistant — though, as the mesh viewing windows are not seam-sealed, it is not fully waterproof in driving rain. Mesh-covered windows on the sides and rear let you keep watch on approaching game without leaving the chair. Two-way zips on the front opening give you precise visibility control: tighten down for a concealed rifle or vermin-shooting position, or open fully and use the adjustment strap to sweep the canopy back for an unobstructed arc of fire when pigeon shooting from the standing position. Armrests have holders sewn in for a cartridge box and a drink. The whole setup packs back into a carry sack and weighs just 6 kg. Deployed dimensions: 130 cm × 85 cm × 115 cm.

The Bush Chair Hide

Bought for use as a photographic hide.
First impressions. Not as yet used in the field but easily portable even when carrying camera and tripod and is both simple and quick to erect with plenty of room for a tripod in front of the seat. Both chair and hide itself seem to be well made and sturdy but may need to use some scrim netting over the front opening for photography. As other reviews note, the magnets used for closing up the windows seem a bit weak and can easily be dislodged but that's my only negative comment. So far no regrets at all.

Great item super fast deliver have used the item twice now works a treat and very light to carry with good comfortable straps on the carry bag very easy to setup in under 30 seconds and easy to put away into the carry bag. My only gripe would be the magnets on the peep holes could be a bit stronger but still a great product and worthy of 5 star review. Great price for what your getting saves a lot of time in the field building a traditional hide 👍👍👍👍

Ah good hide when set up to cover one specific area such as a feeder but lots of times a target presents itself that you just can't cover. Having a bullpup or carbine rifle is also a big plus point.

Good kit

Great service - ordered on a Thursday afternoon, delivered on the Saturday.

The Bush Chair hide is clever. For a lazy soul like me who doesn't want to mess about with poles and netting, it's fantastic. I'm 6'3 and can clamber in and out quite easily with room inside not to feel cramped and it takes only minutes to put up. Supplied with pegs to secure the 'skirts' of the hide.
This hide is not bomb proof though. You have to show it a bit of tic to put it up and realise you can't be rough with it. Take care to work out how to secure the hoop behind the chair with the bits the frame slots into. Have just bought a 2m x 1m scrim net to hang over the opening when unzipped to provide a curtain to poke the gun barrel through.
No chance of getting it back into the carry bag, I worry that I might bend something when trying to get it small enough to fit back in - but it's not a problem as the hide is small enough to carry under your arm
Highly recommend it for the price.
