The Sierra MatchKing 6.5mm 107 Grain HPBT (product #1715) is a component reloading bullet designed for precision target shooting and long-range match competition. These are projectiles for handloading — not loaded ammunition. At 107 grains, this is the lightest of Sierra's 6.5mm MatchKing line, making it suitable for both smaller-capacity cartridges and magnum-capacity cases in the 6.5mm/.264 calibre. Each bullet features Sierra's characteristic very thin jacket and a minimal meplat, optimised to achieve the highest possible ballistic coefficient of 0.430 (G1), with a sectional density of 0.219. Weight is held to within ±0.3 grain, and every bullet is drawn to exacting tolerances in both diameter (0.264 inches) and weight. The jacketed hollow point boat tail profile aids efficient chambering and delivers the aerodynamic consistency that has made the MatchKing the dominant choice in target competitions worldwide.
