The Lee Production Pot Mk4 is a thermostatically controlled electric melting pot built for casting bullets, fishing weights and other lead projects. This 220V version holds up to 10lb of lead and draws 500 watts, bringing a full pot up to pouring temperature quickly while the built-in thermostat holds it there without babysitting. The bottom-pour spout sits at the front of the pot so you can see exactly what you are doing, with enough clearance beneath it to fit bullet moulds and most sinker moulds without awkward manoeuvring. A wide, stable base keeps the pot secure on the bench while it is in use, which matters when you are working with molten metal. As the only lead-melting pot readily available to UK reloaders and casters, it has become a familiar fixture on the casting bench for those making their own bullets or fishing sinkers. Note that this is the export 220V model intended for countries running 220V mains, and it is supplied without a plug fitted to the cord — you will need to fit an appropriate plug for your electrical supply before use.
