Nosler Custom Competition 30 Calibre (.308") 175 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail bullets are match-grade component projectiles for handloaders, supplied as a box of 100 unprimed bullets — this is not loaded ammunition. Nosler builds the Custom Competition line on highly concentric jackets and ultra-precise lead-alloy cores, hand-inspected for quality, giving competition and long-range shooters consistent, repeatable accuracy at a keener price than the premium Match Grade range. The small meplat created by the hollow point reduces drag and lifts aerodynamic efficiency downrange, while the boat-tail profile helps retain velocity and a flat trajectory at distance. This 175 grain bullet has a bullet length of 1.250", a sectional density of 0.264 and a ballistic coefficient of 0.505, a well-established 30 calibre match weight favoured for .308 Winchester and .300 Winchester Magnum long-range and Fullbore/Palma-style competition.
