Nosler's E-Tip is a one-piece, lead-free hunting bullet machined from a highly concentric gilding-metal alloy, giving stalkers a non-lead option that doesn't compromise on terminal performance. This 7mm calibre (0.284in) 150-grain Spitzer boat-tail is fitted with the same polycarbonate tip used on Nosler's AccuBond and Ballistic Tip bullets, which resists deformation in the magazine under recoil and helps initiate expansion on impact. An Expansion Control Ring and Energy Expansion Cavity combine to open the bullet immediately and evenly, while the solid-alloy body retains 95%+ of its original weight for deep, controlled penetration. The boat-tail base reduces drag for a flatter trajectory and more retained energy downrange, and the patent-pending alloy is formulated to cut fouling through the bore. Supplied as unprimed component projectiles in a box of 50 for handloaders, not as loaded ammunition. A capable, heavier-for-calibre 7mm option for roe, red and fallow deer in cartridges such as 7mm Remington Magnum and .280 Remington where lead-free bullets are needed.
