The Walker's Ultimate Power Muff is a folding electronic ear defender built for shooting, stalking and range work, with a 26 dB noise reduction rating to protect your hearing from muzzle blast. Two hi-gain omni-directional microphones boost quiet sounds by up to nine times, so you can hear footsteps, dogs working or a keeper's instruction while the muffs are on, then a sound-activated compression circuit clamps down within 0.02 seconds the instant a shot goes off. Independent volume control and adjustable frequency tuning let you set the pickup to suit your own hearing, and the low-profile ear cups keep the recessed control knobs out of the way when shouldering a gun. The sound-dampening composite housing and comfort headband with metal wire frame keep the muffs secure and lightweight over a long day, and the whole unit folds down compactly for the gun slip or cabinet.
