The Birchwood Casey Darkotic Primal Cut is a reactive splatter shooting target that makes every hit easy to see, even at distance. Each round leaves a bright halo around the bullet hole as the coating bursts on impact, so you can read your group from the firing point without walking down to the target or reaching for binoculars. Hits in the white zones throw a white halo, while shots in the head zone burst neon green, giving you instant, colour-coded feedback on placement. The targets measure 12 by 18 inches and come eight to a pack, each carrying its own horror-themed Primal Cut artwork for a bit of character on the range. They suit all firearms and calibres, making them a sensible choice for zeroing a stalking rifle, confirming a load or simply practising fundamentals before the season.
