The FX Barrel Attachment .25 is the breech-end connector that joins the X-Barrel outer shroud to the action on FX's modular barrel system. Sized for .25 calibre (6.35 mm), it is the correct part for rifles fitted with the FX Smooth Twist X barrel system, including the FX Impact MK2, Impact M3, Wildcat MK2 and MK3, Dreamline, Maverick, and Crown / Crown MK2. The attachment locates the liner assembly and maintains the precise alignment that the STX system depends on for consistent accuracy. Shooters who own more than one calibre barrel kit, or who need to replace a worn or damaged connector, should verify their rifle's serial number and barrel-system generation before ordering, as the design was revised during production. This is a genuine FX factory part, machined to the same tolerances as the original fitment.
