The H&N Field Target Trophy is a medium-weight domed pellet in .25 calibre (6.35mm), built for shooters who want flat, repeatable performance at field target ranges and out to medium-range hunting distances. Each pellet weighs 20.06 grains and is formed from a special lead alloy that keeps lead fouling low and shot-to-shot spreads consistent, so groups stay tight as a tin works down. The aerodynamic domed head carries energy well downrange and drives good penetration on impact, which is why the FTT is a long-standing choice for both UK field target competition and air rifle hunting of medium quarry such as rabbits, squirrels and corvids. H&N rates it for use to around 50 metres given a suitable rifle, with a recommended minimum muzzle energy of 18.5 ft/lbs to make the most of the heavier .25 projectile, so it is best matched to mid- and higher-powered pre-charged rifles. Supplied in a resealable tin of 200, it is a dependable choice for serious target work and pest control alike. Check your rifle's preferred head size, as the FTT is offered in more than one head diameter.
