The JSB Knockout Slugs .25 MkII are purpose-built for hunters and long-range shooters running higher-powered PCP air rifles in .25 calibre (6.35mm). Unlike conventional diabolo pellets, these are homogeneous slugs — their cylindrical, firearm-projectile profile gives them a significantly higher ballistic coefficient than a skirted pellet, meaning they shed velocity more slowly and hold a flatter trajectory at extended ranges. Each slug weighs 33.49 grains (2.170 grams) and is cast from soft lead with a hollow point head that initiates reliable expansion on impact, improving terminal effect on quarry. The MkII design is a refined update over the original Knockout, with a modified hollow point geometry and improved skirt to deliver tighter groups from compatible barrels. Because slug accuracy depends heavily on the rifle and barrel combination, these are best suited to shooters who have already established that their PCP barrel shoots slugs well.
