The rounded head gives good penetration and a predictable point of impact, which makes these a sound choice for ratting, rabbiting, corvids and general quarry shooting. What sets them apart is the pre-treatment: every tin is dosed at the final packing stage with Napier's long-established Power Pellet Lube, so exactly the right amount is applied to each pellet. That keeps the lead from oxidising in storage and helps cut barrel leading, so the pellets shoot cleanly and group well from the first shot to the last.
