The Cluson Sneakybeam is a handheld infrared illuminator torch designed to pair with night vision or digital NV equipment for lamping and pest control — it isn't a conventional lamp, and the beam it produces is invisible to the naked eye. Built around an 840nm infrared LED, it illuminates out to around 250m on high beam and roughly 150m on low, giving an NV scope or monocular a boosted, controllable light source in poor ambient conditions. High and low modes are switched at the torch head, with roughly 2-3 hours of runtime on high and up to 10 hours on low from the 3.7V 3000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, recharging in around 6 hours. At 190g it's light enough for extended use in the hand, and the black anodised aluminium body is sealed to an IP65 water-resistant rating with a tactical end-cap switch for quick one-handed operation. Supplied complete with rechargeable battery, mains charger and wrist strap.
