The Hornady Cam-Lock Bullet Puller Collet #4 covers .257 and .264 calibre bullets and is designed to work exclusively with the Hornady Cam-Lock Bullet Puller. The collet grips the bullet shank securely as the puller is tightened, allowing the projectile to be drawn cleanly from the case without damage. This means the bullet, powder charge and brass can all be recovered intact — whether for reworking a load, correcting a seating or crimping error, or salvaging components from surplus rounds. The dual .257/.264 sizing makes this collet compatible with cartridges such as the .25-06 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor and .264 Winchester Magnum, all of which are well-regarded in the deer stalking and long-range target community. The cam-lock mechanism is gentler on bullets than an inertia-style puller. Collets are calibre-specific; this #4 collet is for .257/.264 cal projectiles. Sold individually.
