The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set in 416 Rigby (.416) is a specialist reloading toolset for one of Africa's most respected dangerous-game cartridges, developed by John Rigby and still in active use by professional hunters and sporting clients on heavy game. The Full-Length Size Die sizes cases to SAAMI minimum specifications using Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which outperforms conventional ball expanders by sizing the neck smoothly, reducing friction and minimising case neck stretch — all without a separate expander die. The Zip Spindle locks positively against slippage and permits fine incremental settings via its light thread pattern, or rapid repositioning across a wider range. The In-line Bullet Seating Die aligns bullet, case neck and seating stem inside a floating sleeve before the bullet contacts the neck, giving consistent seating depth across every round loaded. Roll crimping is handled by the seating die's built-in crimper, saving a die station. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp the full die body firmly, with incorporated wrench flats for clean removal. Supplied in a stackable storage box; 7/8"-14 thread fits all standard presses. Shell holder not included. Made in the USA; no-risk lifetime warranty.
