The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set for 6.5x57 (.264) is a complete reloading tool for handloaders working with this classic European 6.5mm cartridge. The full-length sizing die returns fired cases to SAAMI minimum dimensions using Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which delivers smoother neck sizing with less friction and case stretch than conventional ball expanders; internal threading secures the expander so it cannot pull free during decapping. The Zip Spindle locks positively against slippage and allows fine incremental adjustments through its light thread system or rapid gross movements for fast initial setup. The in-line bullet seating die holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect coaxial alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, producing consistent seating depth and better concentricity in the finished round. A built-in roll crimper eliminates the need for a separate crimp die or an extra station on the press. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp around the full die body rather than relying on thread contact, giving repeatable settings that release cleanly using integrated wrench flats.
