The Hunter Intrepid Short Snow Boot is built for genuinely cold, wet conditions, from frosty farm rounds to slushy pavements. The upper is handcrafted from recycled nylon, backed by a recycled fleece lining, with an Ortholite footbed underfoot for cushioned, all-day comfort and a removable insole. Waterproof construction keeps snow, rain and slush out, while an elasticated drawstring and toggle at the topline cinches the boot snug against the leg to lock in warmth. A durable rubber outsole gives dependable grip and stability on icy, slippery or uneven ground, and the low ankle-height design keeps the boot light and easy to move in for daily wear as well as outdoor activity. Hunter rate the Intrepid for use down to -20°C (-4°F), so it copes with a proper winter rather than just a light frost. The construction uses recycled materials throughout and is certified vegan, with no animal-derived materials anywhere in the boot. Finished in White Willow/Gum, it's a practical winter boot for frosty dog walks, feeding rounds or anywhere the ground turns icy underfoot.
