The Vortex Precision Diving Board Mount is a one-piece cantilever mount machined from certified USA 7075-T6 billet aluminium, held to a tolerance of .0005 inches and finished in a durable Type III hard coat anodise. Rather than a set of scope rings, it's a forward-offset mounting platform: it sets the correct height and positioning on a Picatinny rail for the Vortex Impact 4000 Rail-Mounted Ballistic Laser Rangefinder, red dot sights and other Picatinny-mounted accessories, and it's compatible with Vortex's own Precision Matched Rings and Precision Extended Cantilever Mounts (though not the Precision Quick-Release Cantilever Mount). Sized for a 30mm interface, it sits at a mount height of 1.36 inches (34.5mm) and weighs just 2.1oz (59.5g), so it adds minimal bulk to the rail. Each mount comes complete with four T-25 Torx screws and a T-25 Torx wrench for fitting, and like the rest of the Precision range it's made 100% in the USA and backed by Vortex's unlimited, unconditional lifetime VIP Warranty.
