The Tom's Targets 1.5 Inch Rimfire Gong is a precision-cut circular steel target made from 6mm Hardox® 450 abrasion-resistant plate — the same certified material used across the Tom's Targets range. At 1.5 inches in diameter, this is a genuinely demanding target that rewards consistent trigger control and a well-zeroed rifle. It is rated for rimfire calibres and FAC-rated airguns, making it equally at home on a benchrest session with a .22 LR or out in the field with a high-powered air rifle. The plate is laser-cut for a clean, burr-free edge and supplied in its natural steel finish, ready for the shooter to paint in a colour of their choice. Hardox® 450 offers significantly greater hardness than mild steel, resisting penetration and deformation through repeated use rather than wearing through after a handful of sessions.
