The Tom's Targets 2.5 Inch Rimfire Gong is a compact circular steel target cut from 6mm Hardox® 450 abrasion-resistant plate — a high-hardness steel chosen specifically for its ability to withstand repeated rimfire and FAC airgun impacts without deforming or being pierced. Hardox 450 (AR450) offers excellent impact toughness at rimfire energy levels, giving the gong a long service life compared with mild steel targets. Each gong is laser-cut for a clean, crisp edge and supplied in its natural steel finish so you can paint it in any colour you choose and repaint as needed between sessions. At 2.5 inches in diameter, this is a demanding precision target well-suited to zeroing rimfire rifles, honing your marksmanship at the range, or adding a reactive element to a pest-control training setup.
