The Vortex Razor Red Dot Mount for the Beretta 92 is a slide-mounted dovetail plate that lets you fit a Vortex Razor red dot directly to a Beretta 92-pattern handgun in place of the rear iron sight. It replaces the Picatinny clamp supplied with the Razor, mounting the sight low on the slide rather than via a separate riser. Made from black polymer, the kit includes the sight adapter, base plate, mounting shim, two hex-head attachment screws, adhesive alignment film and the hex wrench needed to fit it. It is built specifically for the Beretta 92 pattern and will not fit Beretta pistols with a slide-mounted safety, so it is worth checking your model before ordering; it is also made for the Razor red dot only and is not compatible with Vortex's Viper or Venom red dot ranges. This is a mount only – the Razor red dot sight itself is sold separately and is not included. A straightforward way to run a red dot on a Beretta 92 without machining the slide.
