The Vortex Viper HD 15-45x65 Straight is a mid-range spotting scope built for stalking, wildfowling and long-range target work, pairing HD (high-density) extra-low dispersion glass with Vortex's XR fully multi-coated lens system for bright, colour-true images even in poor light. The straight-bodied 65mm objective sits behind a helical focus mechanism that brings targets into sharp focus quickly, while the rotating tripod collar lets you set the viewing angle to suit the ground. A waterproof, argon-purged housing keeps the optics dry and fog-free in the field, and ArmorTek coating on the exterior lenses shrugs off scratches, oil and dirt. A built-in sunshade cuts glare and shields the objective lens from rain and snow.
