The Helly Hansen Workwear Manchester Mid BOA is a metal-free safety boot built for tradespeople who need reliable protection through a full working day. In place of laces, the BOA Fit System uses a dial closure to tighten and release the fit instantly and evenly, even with gloves on. It is certified EN ISO 20345:2022 to S3S, combining a composite safety toe cap with a non-metallic, penetration-resistant midsole, so there is no metal to trip a detector or conduct cold and damp. The HELLYGRIP rubber outsole resists slipping and is rated FO for resistance to fuel and oil, while a moulded TPU toe bumper and heel overlay protect the boot's high-wear points. Inside, an open-cell PU footbed and a moisture-wicking, breathable mesh lining manage sweat and keep feet comfortable, cushioned further by a lightweight EVA midsole. The ripstop polyester upper with microfibre overlays keeps the boot light without sacrificing durability, and reflective detailing adds visibility on site.
