Barnes' VOR-TX Rifle range pairs the brand's proven all-copper TTSX bullet with factory-loaded consistency, and this box holds 20 rounds of .243 Winchester topped with an 80-grain Tipped Triple-Shock X (TTSX) boat-tail bullet. The TTSX is 100% copper and lead-free, with a polymer tip that drives rapid, four-petal expansion on impact while the solid-copper construction lets the bullet retain almost all of its original weight — the combination gives deep penetration and a wide wound channel for a clean, humane kill. Multiple precision-engineered grooves cut into the bullet's shank reduce bore fouling and pressure, which Barnes uses to help hold velocities up without sacrificing accuracy; this load leaves the muzzle at 3,350 fps with 1,994 ft-lbs of energy. Cases are brass, boxer-primed, non-corrosive and reloadable, in keeping with Barnes' standard VOR-TX build.
