The Bisley 10mm Rubber Slip-On Recoil Pad is a quick, no-tools way to soften felt recoil and add a little length to your stock. Moulded from flexible brown rubber, it simply stretches over the existing butt and grips in place, cushioning the kick of heavier loads so you can shoot more comfortably through a long day. The flexible body works across a wide range of stocks, and the 10mm thickness extends the length of pull by roughly 10mm, which can help shooters who find a gun mounts a touch short. Slip-on pads like this are an easy, reversible fix: there is no permanent fitting, no gunsmithing and nothing to undo, so the pad goes on and comes off again in seconds. It is a sensible choice for clay and game shooting, for fine-tuning gun fit, or for taking the sting out of a hard-recoiling shotgun. If you need a touch more length, the same pad is also offered in a 20mm version.
