Bisley Countryman folding seat is lightweight to carry but sturdy, its comfortable to use, it’s very practical - equally at home in the countryside or in & around town or wherever needed. Item arrived safe and sound.
All very efficient and fast.
I’m exceptionally happy with the portable seat because, having been all over trying out shooting sticks and their ilk, particularly in these trying times, has been a nightmare. Especially as I’m 6ft and getting the right height was difficult.
I’m not suited to wobbling about perched on the end of a short spike with a g-string of leather, it’s undignified.

This however is reasonably light, very strongly built, and I can sit comfortably without feeling I’m too near ground level.
At 71, and having just had a hip replacement, I now feel well equipped to return to my dearly missed walks.
