Machined in Great Britain from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium and finished with a hard-anodised coating for weatherproof, scratch-resistant durability, it's made to a true MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny profile, so it accepts Picatinny and Weaver-compatible scope rings, red dot mounts and thermal or night-vision units. It uses a drop-in fit onto the rifle's existing pre-drilled receiver holes, with fitting screws supplied, so no gunsmithing is needed.
