The David Nickerson 12G Pouch Shotgun Cleaning Kit is a compact, travel-ready kit that gives you everything needed to keep a 12-bore clean in the field or at home. The kit centres on a three-piece wooden cleaning rod that assembles quickly and breaks down small enough to live in your gun bag. Supporting it are a wool mop for applying oil and working solvent through the bore, a bronze brush for loosening stubborn fouling and carbon deposits, and a spiral brush for scrubbing the chamber and breech area. A wire loop lets you draw patches cleanly through the barrel, and dedicated patches, a small oil bottle and a tube of grease round out the toolkit so you can deal with everything from a quick post-shoot wipe-down to a full strip-and-clean without reaching for anything else. The whole lot packs into a neat nylon wallet with a zip fastening, keeping the components tidy and making the kit easy to slip into a shooting bag, vehicle glove box or jacket pocket.
