Half the mud on a stalking ground seems to end up at the back door, and this is Deerhunter's answer to it. The Deerhunter Door Mat in green is a hard-wearing branded mat from the Danish hunting clothing maker, finished in deep green with the white Deerhunter wordmark and stag crest. The top is tufted from 100% twisted nylon at 600 g/m² with a 4 mm pile that scrubs boots clean and holds dirt and moisture rather than letting them track into the house, while the 1.8–2.0 mm rubber backing and all-round rubber lip keep the mat lying flat and stop it creeping on tile or stone. It looks the part at a front step, porch, boot room, gun room, kennel block, office or hunting cabin, and the flat rubber back means it also does a useful turn as a liner in the car boot for wet dogs and dirty kit. Two sizes are sold separately: small at approximately 40 x 110 cm and large at 70 x 110 cm.
