The Frenchay is GBS Med's classic touch-fastening slipper, built on a generously wide last that goes up to a 4E fitting for anyone who struggles with standard slipper widths or swollen feet. The toe box is deep and roomy, the touch-fastening strap is extra long, and the opening is wide and simple to manage, so the slipper is easy to get on and adjust one-handed. Inside, a soft microfibre upper is fully fleece lined, with a matching fleece insole that can be removed if a wider fit or an orthotic is needed underneath. The textile upper has been given an antibacterial treatment to help keep bacteria and odour down between washes, and the whole slipper is machine washable for easy care. Underneath, a lightweight PU outsole carries an SRA slip-resistant rating, giving secure footing on smooth indoor floors. Finished in black with a touch-fasten closure, it is a practical, easy-fitting slipper for anyone who needs extra width and a fuss-free fastening rather than a traditional slip-on.
