Grangers Footwear Repel is a spray-on waterproofing treatment for boots and shoes, formulated to repel rain and stains while keeping the upper breathable. It is water-based and suitable for use on the full range of footwear materials field-sports footwear is made from, including full-grain leather, nubuck, suede and fabric, and it is safe on breathable membranes such as Gore-Tex. Applied to clean, damp footwear, it restores the original water-repellent performance that wears off with use and re-proofing, so boots that have started letting in damp on wet hillsides or muddy ground go back to shedding water rather than soaking it up. The 275ml (9.3fl oz) bottle covers several pairs of boots and is a straightforward way to keep stalking, walking and shooting footwear performing through a wet UK season, rather than replacing boots once their factory proofing has worn thin.
