The Hornady Cam Lock Bullet Puller is a press-mounted reloading tool for handloaders who need to salvage components from loaded rifle rounds. It threads straight into any standard reloading press with a 7/8"-14 die thread, turning your bench press into a quick bullet-pulling station. Fit the correct collet for your bullet diameter, raise the cartridge on the ram, clamp the cam-lock onto the bullet and pull down on the press handle to draw the bullet cleanly from the case. It is the fastest, easiest way to recover bullets, powder and brass from rounds you want to take apart or rework, with no hammering involved. The puller is intended for rifle cartridges only and must not be used on pistol cartridges. The caliper-specific collets that grip the bullet are sold separately, with the range running from .172 up to .458, so you can match the tool to the calibres on your bench. A genuinely useful addition for anyone reloading for stalking, foxing or target rifles who wants to correct a mistake or reclaim components without waste.
